Shipping Methods
We offer standard and express shipping domestically and worldwide with high quality courier services (UPS, FEDEX, DHL), USPS and others depending on location and method chosen.
Shipping Addresses
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses in the United States and internationally. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or AFO/APO addresses since delivery companies don't ship headphones and earbuds (battery electronics) to these address types.
Please check accuracy of your shipping address as we cannot change the delivery address once payment is confirmed (as orders are usually immediately deployed to delivery company). The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details. Heavys are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address entry. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the order size and destination:

Express shipping: Typically 1-5 business days

Standard shipping: Typically 5 - 12 business days, depending on the destination country (Puerto Rico, HI and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 21 business days)
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to select countries and for orders exceeding a certain purchase amount. Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Issues & Delays
If there is an issue with a shipment, such as a delay or lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. Customers will be notified of any updates.
Note: Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our estimated shipping time. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs clearance processes.
Taxes & Duties
Duties and VAT are Included in the price to the extent this is stated during checkout. (in most countries and orders that will be the case).
If it is not stated, then customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and VAT imposed by their local or national authorities. Government regulations determine these charges and are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated at checkout. If a package is held by customs or a local tax authority due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, returns, or additional fees, which the customer is fully liable for. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any reshipment or refund will be at the sole discretion of the company and may be subject to additional shipping fees. We strongly recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order to understand any potential costs.
