Everywhere you go there’s going to be competition and I’ve never been one to run away from that, so I’m going to embrace it. I really like the offense and I feel like it’s a great fit for what I can do, so I’m really excited.”Garbers is the younger brother of Chase Garbers, a quarterback at California.The 6-foot-2 quarterback is ranked the No. 25 pro-style quarterback in the 2020 class by 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.Garbers is Washington’s second commitment in the 2020 class.
