The roadshow also promoted the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s (TAT) ‘Open to the New Shades of Thailand’ marketing concept, which is based upon 13 core themes: Sports, Gastronomy, Maritime Tourism, Wedding & Honeymoon, Medical & Wellness, Community-based Tourism, Leisure, Green Tourism, Night Tourism, MICE, Trade Fairs, B2B Marketing Activity and Logistics.Sydney guests were treated to a display of Thai cooking by one of Sydney’s most talented Thai chefs, Sujet Saenkham, the founder of Spice I Am Restaurant.
